As a Production Worker, you will operate and maintain production equipment while supporting manufacturing goals through teamwork, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.What We Offer:Pay of $15 per hour2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday-Friday) occasional SaturdaysOvertime availableHealth benefits, including telehealth medical services401(k)Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent placementWhat We're Looking For:High School Diploma or GEDAssembly experience (preferred)Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequentlyAbility to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shiftAbility to sit, walk, bend, twist, stoop, climb, balance, and reach with hands and armsAbility to work 12-hour shifts consistentlyWhat You'll Do as a Production Worker:Operate machinery and load/unload partsInspect and gauge parts for qualityRecord production and quality dataAssist in training new operatorsSupport engineering changes and new part introductionsMaintain flexibility to work different shifts as neededMentor new team membersIdentify areas for improvement and assist in implementing solutionsSupport IATF 16949 standards and escalate or stop processes involving non-conforming productsLift up to 25 lbs throughout the shiftPerform additional duties as assigned
