This role supports bothdefense related and aerospace-related programs, taking on programexecution; compliance with technical, budgetary, and schedulerequirements; and collaboration with cross-functional teams, customers,and stakeholders.Responsibilities Include Program Leadership: Manage the full lifecycle of programs, includingplanning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. Project Execution: Ensure project milestones, deliverables, andobjectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contactbetween internal teams, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks whileensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards andregulations. Manage several projects to achieve winning proposals, programmilestones and strategic division goals for profit and growth. Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage program budgets,allocate resources efficiently, and ensure cost-effective execution. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering,manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to driveprogram success. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulatoryrequirements and industry standards. Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and processimprovements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. Reporting & Communication: Provide regular status reports,presentations, and updates to senior leadership and customers.Qualifications Demonstrated Project Management, Budgeting, and Resource AllocationSkills Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project,Primavera, or similar Strong knowledge of aerospace design, manufacturing, andcertification processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Working knowledge of AS9100 & NADCAP standards Bachelor\'s degree or comparable experience in Engineering,Business, or related field
