Business Analyst - Digital Experience

Job Summary Our client a leading communications provider is seeking a Business Analyst - Digital Experience to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Denver, Colorado. Core Responsibilities Actively and consistently support all efforts to enhance the client experienceWork with product owners and business partners to analyze requirements and recommend improvements to product processesCompile, analyze, represent, and drive analytics and accessibility requirements for digital product functionalityEnsure requirements are met and work is completed on timeSupport development partners in capturing and reviewing new workMay make recommendations for improvements to process to increase outputPerform other duties as requestedRequired Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)Bachelor’s degree in a related field3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting digital products or platformsStrong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder managementProficiency in analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BIExperience working in agile or hybrid delivery environmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts across technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishAbility to handle multiple projects and priorities at onceAbility to analyze and interpret dataAbility to quickly identify business problems/opportunitiesAbility to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel Comprehensive knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Experience in telecommunications, digital (web) or B2B customer platformsFamiliarity with customer portals or self-service digital experiencesExposure to Agile environmentsExposure to user research, journey mapping, and digital transformation initiativesExperience supporting enterprise or multi-location customer environmentsKey Competencies & Behaviors Ability to prioritize and organize effectivelyAbility to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environmentAbility to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and concise mannerWork Environment Location: Hybrid (4 days onsite)Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $100,000 and $115,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
