Job SummaryOur client a leading communications provider is seeking a Business Analyst – Data Insights, Product to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Denver, Colorado.This business analyst will collaborate with and support Product Owners in the work and key analytics for a .NET portal, driving accessibility and functionality. This position is responsible for analyzing process and client facing functionality to drive value and reach business objectives. This role requires an understanding of agile development processes, operations of a large enterprise, and data analytics for digital products.The ideal candidate thrives in an agile, product-driven environment and enjoys working deeply with data to influence product strategy, improve customer experience, and shape future initiatives.Core ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product team and stakeholders to support product discovery and ongoing initiativesGather, extract, and analyze data to support business cases and uncover actionable insightsManage and refine backlog items related to data extraction, reporting, and analytics initiativesTranslate business needs into clear, well-documented requirements for development teamsConduct data storytelling and present insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders and executivesSupport analytics and accessibility improvements for digital products and customer-facing platformsInvestigate business problems/opportunities and recommend data-driven solutionsCreate, maintain, and enhance documentation including requirements, reports, and dashboardsEnsure timely delivery of requirements and alignment with business objectivesPartner with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver iterative valueExtract and analyze data to support current and future business initiativesSupport and enhance business cases through data validation and insight generationManage analytics-related backlog itemsCreate presentations for leadershipCollaborate with product and development teams to refine requirementsRequired Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)Bachelor’s degree in a related field3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or hybrid roleStrong experience extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate insightsExperience documenting requirements for Product Owners/Managers and development teamsHands-on experience with: Tableau, Adobe Web Analytics, MicroStrategy and PowerPoint (for executive presentations)Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments with an iterative/product mindsetStrong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insightsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills/ExperienceExperience in telecommunications, digital platforms, or B2B customer environmentsFamiliarity with customer portals or self-service digital experiencesExperience using AI tools to improve efficiency (e.g., workflow automation, data analysis acceleration)Exposure to tools such as KiroBasic experience with Salesforce (including light coding/configuration)Experience with user research, journey mapping, or digital transformation initiativesKey Competencies & BehaviorsAbility to prioritize and organize effectivelyAbility to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environmentAbility to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and concise mannerWork EnvironmentLocation: Denver, ColoradoHybrid (4 days onsite)Compensation & BenefitsPay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $100,000 and $115,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
