Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Data Integration Team Lead to support our proposal effort for DCD IAO INSCOM contract.Work Location: INSCOM Nolan Building, Fort Belvoir, VAPosition OverviewThe Data Integration Senior Team Lead serves as a senior technical and operational leader responsible for managing intelligence data integration, interoperability, and information sharing efforts in support of the Data Capabilities Division. This role leads personnel engaged in intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination, ensuring mission execution aligns with Department of Defense and Intelligence Community standards.This position requires demonstrated leadership experience, collaboration with bilateral and multilateral partners, and the ability to communicate complex intelligence and data concepts through documentation, reports, and briefings.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage teams conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination activitiesAssign, prioritize, and oversee work tasks of subordinate personnelDirect and support intelligence data integration efforts including:Data governanceData architectureData warehousingData quality managementMetadata managementData operations managementData discoverySupport intelligence data and system interoperability across enterprise and partner systemsCollaborate with bilateral and multilateral partners to support intelligence information sharingSupport foreign disclosure and intelligence dissemination activitiesDevelop, draft, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and operational documentationProduce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex conceptsDeliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiencesInteract with small groups to coordinate data and information requirementsSupport intelligence operations and production cycles at the battalion, brigade, and division levelsExperience4 years demonstrated experience leading teams and managing work tasks of personnel performing intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination4 years demonstrated experience providing data integration support including: data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discoveryDemonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners supporting intelligence information sharing or intelligence data or system interoperabilityDemonstrated experience supporting foreign disclosure or intelligence dissemination activitiesDemonstrated ability to:Deliver professional briefings and presentationsDraft and maintain Standard Operating ProceduresProduce reports incorporating text and graphicsCoordinate data and information requirements with stakeholdersKnowledge of intelligence operations and production cycles at the battalion, brigade, or division levelEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution ORAssociate's degree with 7 years of intelligence discipline experience ORHigh School Diploma with 9 years of intelligence discipline experienceSecurity Clearance & CertificationsActive DoD Top Secret / SCI ClearanceSingle Scope Background Investigation and ability to attain SI-G, TK, KLM-R, HCS, and NATO SECRET accessAbility to obtain CI PolygraphNon-Disclosure Statement requiredAbility to obtain DoDD 8140.01 IAT Level II certification within 30 calendar days of indoctrinationAdditional RequirementsComplete mandatory online training within 5 business days of indoctrinationAttend required classroom training including Classification Marking and TARPComplete AT Level I awareness training within 30 daysComplete iWATCH training within 30 daysMaintain DoDD 8140.01 IAT Level II compliancePossess valid U.S. passport if OCONUS travel is requiredCompany DescriptionDexian Government Solutions is an award-winning, ISO 9001:2015 certified, business and GSA contract holder providing diversified Information Technology services to both Civilian and Defense agencies.
