IT Lab Computing Support SpecialistLocation: Bothell, WA (100% Onsite)Duration: 12-Month ContractPay Rate: Up to $50/hrAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced IT Lab Computing Support Specialist to support laboratory computing systems within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotech environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Computer System Validation (CSV), laboratory systems support, and Windows-based infrastructure.Key QualificationsExperience supporting laboratory systems in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environmentComputer System Validation (CSV) experience, including IQ/OQ activitiesStrong Windows and Active Directory administration experienceExperience with hardware deployment, imaging, troubleshooting, and user supportStrong documentation and compliance experience within regulated environmentsResponsibilitiesSupport laboratory computers, software, and related technologiesManage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory accessTroubleshoot hardware and software issuesParticipate in validation activities and maintain compliance documentationCollaborate with laboratory, quality, and engineering teamsScheduleTraining: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMTransition Schedule: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PMLong-Term Schedule: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PMIf you have experience with GMP environments, CSV, and laboratory systems support, we'd love to hear from you.
