About the job Field Service Engineer (CT) Responsible servicing and repairing mobile CT machines that move from site to site to meet customer demand. Must travel!Experience working on GE,Siemens and Philips CT machines.Performs scheduled maintenance and operation verification procedures on complex medical imaging equipmentRepairs, installs and calibrates complex medical imaging equipment devices and systemsInforms managers of the status of repairs, scheduled inspections, unusual equipment situations and any customer concernsPerforms periodic inspections of current inventory status and maintains inventory of common failure parts to ensure equipment uptimeWorks with, directs and documents the activities of subcontractors, vendors and outside service technicians to ensure proper service deliveryPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:A.S. Degree from an accredited school in electronics or DOD certification or equivalent experience.5+ years working on CT machines. Multi-vendor.Experience working in medical facilities in a professional mannerAbility to perform orderly and efficient work while adhering to medical facility policyExcellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skillsRequired Citizenship / Work Permit / Visa StatusMust-HavesMin 5+ years MR,CT experience.
