Quality Engineer I
Overview
In this role you will help ensure product quality and regulatory compliance for aerospace components. You will work with Engineering, Operations, Suppliers, and Customers to maintain quality controls and drive improvements. You will analyze production data, perform root-cause investigations, and implement corrective actions to prevent defects. You will support audits and approve quality documentation, while training teammates in quality methods. This position offers hands-on impact in a Lean, world-class manufacturing environment.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Suppliers, and Customers to meet quality standards and regulatory requirementsCollect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends and conduct root-cause analysis; implement CAPAsGenerate reports on nonconformance and quality trends; support audits by Defense, Aerospace, and Customer organizationsLead qualification of product and process changes; review and approve ECOs, MCOs, deviations, and updates to Control Plans, PFMEAs, and Process Flow DiagramsProvide technical support for failure analysis, reliability testing, and process capability studiesTrain team members in quality methodologies, sampling procedures, statistical analysis, and analytical techniques
