The Development Manager will oversee and coordinate software development projects, mentor team members, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing best practices in software development, and optimizing workflows and resource allocation. The role also involves identifying areas for improvement and driving project success while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience in software development, project management, and system implementation.Strong leadership and team management skills for mentoring and guiding development teams.Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban frameworks.Ability to establish project timelines and manage resources efficiently.Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Familiarity with software engineering best practices and development tools.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.Experience in the government or defense sectors is an advantage.
