We currently have over 520+ 5-star google reviews with a 100% 5-star rating.Position Overview The Roofing Sales Representative is responsible for meeting with homeowners, inspecting roofs, generating estimates, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact to project close.This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a field-based sales environment and values transparency, follow-through, and strong customer relationships. Candidates must be confident in themselves, able to handle rejection, and willing to consistently work through and overcome customer objections to earn their business. This position offers a very strong six-figure earning potential opportunity for both W2 and 1099 candidates.Key Responsibilities Perform roof inspections and assess homeowner needsGenerate accurate estimates and present solution optionsEducate customers on roofing systems, materials, and processWork both retail and insurance claim projects, including meeting with adjusters and helping homeowners navigate the claims process when applicableManage follow-up communication and maintain pipeline activityCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffRepresent the company with professionalism and integrityWork company-provided leads while also generating your own opportunities through self-sourced leads and referralsQualifications Previous sales experience preferred; roofing or construction experience is a plus.
