GTM Strategy & Operations Director
Owning the end-to-end GTM strategy, the full-time salaried GTM Strategy & Operations Director will define product positioning, manage product launches, and build operational frameworks to drive revenue growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilitiesLead the development of GTM strategy, including positioning, messaging, and pricing across product portfolios
Build operational infrastructure and align cross-functional teams to convert launches into pipeline and revenue
Oversee competitive intelligence and core GTM assets, translating insights into effective customer narrativesRequired qualifications8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, product marketing, or revenue operations within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
Proven track record in managing end-to-end GTM for complex platforms with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue
Experience in building GTM processes in high-growth or pre-scale environments
Familiarity with RevOps principles, including CRM hygiene and funnel metrics
MBA preferred or equivalent experience leading GTM functions at scale
