Director of Growth — Real Estate Team Full-Time | $70,000/year ($50K base + $20K performance bonuses)Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for helping others succeed in real estate?Our high-performing real estate team in St Louis is looking for an in person Director of Growth — a dynamic individual who thrives on building relationships and driving agent recruitment and retention.About the RoleAs the Director of Growth, you’ll be responsible for leading our team’s agent growth strategy. This includes identifying talented agents in the market, conducting interviews, and helping them explore the opportunity of joining our team. This is a full-time, in-person leadership role for someone who loves connecting with people, understands the real estate business, and can deliver measurable growth results.CompensationTotal Earnings: $70,000/yearBase Salary: $50,000Performance Bonuses: $20,000 based on performance with ability to earn higher. This compensation is expected to be earned if you are doing the baseline level of work within the position. Uncovering if there is a win-win there. Converting candidates to onboardsCompleting onboarding process to the point of a license transfer, and then handing the new hire to a different team member for training and team integration.
