Registered Nurse, Per Diem

Omega Home Health Care is seeking an RN to provide Homecare Nursing Services to clients in Eagan, MN, and the surrounding area. RN Per diem is $40-$50 per visit, depending on experience in home care Travel time of $11.13 per hour & .40 cents per mile Responsibilities Provides direct nursing care and treatments per the client's care plan Provides services in a timely and reliable manner. Offers flexibility in working around client schedules where applicable. Demonstrates ability to assess client needs while educating clients and their families regarding pertinent health information. Functions as a patient advocate by promoting patients’ rights, privacy, and confidentiality. Follows all safety guidelines and universal precautions while performing nursing duties. Reports all accidents appropriately and promptly. Initiates appropriate preventive/rehabilitative procedures. Demonstrates International Quality Homecare’s values of faith, integrity, respect, professionalism, and teamwork.
