Process Analyst
PROCESS ANALYST I - DENVER, CONote: Only considering candidates local to Denver, COWe are seeking a Process Analyst I to support a high-impact HR process documentation initiative. This role will function as a hands-on project coordinator and process documentation partner, helping the HR organization capture, formalize, and improve key processes during a period of transformation.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, evolving environment and is comfortable working through ambiguity. The analyst will work closely with an internal HR Project Manager and HR stakeholders to document current-state processes, support workshops, and help bring structure and clarity to how work is performed across the function.Key Responsibilities:Process Documentation & AnalysisPartner with HR stakeholders to document current-state processes across various HR functionsTranslate workshops, interviews, and working sessions into clear, accurate documentation (process maps, SOPs, workflows, job aids)Capture detailed workflows with multiple inputs, dependencies, and decision pointsIdentify gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement or standardizationEnsure documentation reflects how processes are actually performedWorkshop & Stakeholder SupportPrepare materials, agendas, and templates for process documentation workshopsSupport or co-facilitate sessions by capturing notes, decisions, and action itemsConduct follow-ups with stakeholders to validate documentation and resolve open questionsMaintain momentum between sessions through proactive coordinationProject CoordinationServe as day-to-day coordinator for process documentation effortsTrack milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies in alignment with the HR Project ManagerMaintain documentation repositories, trackers, and status updatesMonitor progress and escalate delays or issues as neededCross-Functional CollaborationWork across HR teams including HR Operations, COEs, Payroll, and HR Business PartnersBuild strong working relationships with stakeholders at various levelsAsk thoughtful questions to understand workflows, systems, and pain pointsBalance independent work with alignment to project leadershipRequired Qualifications~1–3 years of experience in process analysis, process documentation, project coordination, or related rolesExperience creating process documentation (process maps, SOPs, workflows, job aids, etc.)Strong ability to translate conversations into clear, structured documentationProven experience working cross-functionally with stakeholdersStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks, timelines, and deliverablesAbility to work independently while staying aligned with project goalsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting or documenting HR processesExperience facilitating or supporting workshops and working sessionsExposure to process improvement or standardization initiatives
