Location: Greenwood Village, CO (Hybrid) - relocation candidates are not eligible Duration: 6‑month contract (with strong potential for extension) Overview TEKsystems is searching for a Junior Process Analyst to support a large financial institution client during a period of positive organizational change. This role will partner closely with HR teams to document current‑state processes, support working sessions and workshops, and help organize and maintain clear, usable process documentation.This is a hands‑on opportunity for an early‑career professional who enjoys working with stakeholders, organizing information, and translating discussions into structured documentation. Ideal Experience Level This role is best suited for candidates with approximately 1–4 years of professional experience in:Process documentation or process improvementHR operations or HR coordinationBusiness analysis, operations, or project coordinationA college degree is not required . Practical experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently are key. Key Responsibilities Document current‑state HR processes through workshops, interviews, and working sessionsCreate clear process maps, narratives, checklists, and supporting documentationCapture notes, decisions, and action items during workshopsCoordinate follow‑ups and help maintain project momentumTrack deliverables, risks, and open items in partnership with an internal project managerIdentify gaps, handoff issues, and opportunities for process clarity or improvement Required Qualifications 1–4 years of experience supporting or documenting business or HR processesExperience creating clear, easy‑to‑understand documentationStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating across teamsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailWe reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.Eligibility Requirements Apply To Some Benefits And May Depend On Your Job Classification And Length Of Employment.
