Placement will occur ASAP.Position ResponsibilitiesWork within ERP for vendor confirmationsConfirm receipt of POs with vendorsUpdate vendor promise dates in ERP Coordinate with Customer Service Representatives on pricing/delivery issuesReview customer orders and follow up with vendors on long lead times and/or missed promise datesProvides analysis and reports as required in support of KPI improvementOther duties as assigned.Required ExperienceREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:2+ years of experience in the distribution industry or customer serviceERP experienceDemonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to plan & achieve company goalsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)Ability to clearly & effectively communicate via phone and emailThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
