Estimator – Order Entry, Spare Parts & Standard ProductsThe Estimator will support customer quoting, order entry, spare parts requests, and standard product estimating. This role is focused on accurately reviewing customer requirements, entering orders, preparing estimates, coordinating with internal teams, and helping ensure customers receive timely and accurate pricing, product information, and order support.ResponsibilitiesReview customer requests, purchase orders, drawings, part numbers, and product details to prepare accurate estimates, quotes, and order entriesSupport spare parts quoting, replacement part identification, and standard product pricingEnter and maintain customer orders using internal systems with a high level of data accuracyConfirm pricing, lead times, quantities, product availability, and order details before submissionCommunicate with customers, vendors, sales teams, and operations teams regarding order status, product information, and quote updatesAssist with standard product estimating, including recurring items, catalog products, and commonly requested partsReview customer specifications and ensure orders align with product requirementsHelp resolve discrepancies related to part numbers, quantities, pricing, shipping details, or customer documentationMaintain organized records of quotes, estimates, customer communications, and order detailsSupport continuous improvement of order processing, estimating workflows, and customer service response timesQualificationsExperience in estimating, order entry, customer service, inside sales support, or a related administrative roleStrong attention to detail and ability to enter information accurately into business systemsFamiliarity with spare parts, standard products, replacement components, or industrial product support preferredAbility to read and interpret customer requests, purchase orders, part numbers, and basic product specificationsStrong communication skills for working with customers, sales teams, operations, and vendorsProficiency with Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and order management or ERP systemsAbility to manage multiple quotes, orders, and customer requests in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and ability to follow established processesProblem-solving ability when researching product details, pricing, availability, or order discrepanciesProfessional, service-focused approach with a commitment to accurate and timely customer supportPreferred SkillsExperience with ERP systems, CRM software, or order management platformsBackground in industrial products, automation components, tooling, manufacturing, or technical parts supportKnowledge of quoting workflows, bill of materials, part numbers, and standard product catalogsAbility to work cross-functionally with sales, purchasing, engineering, warehouse, and operations teamsBenefitsOpportunity to work in a customer-focused estimating and order support roleExposure to industrial products, spare parts, and standard product quotingCollaborative team environment with opportunities to build technical product knowledgeRole suited for detail-oriented professionals with strong administrative, estimating, and customer service skills estimates, quotes, order entries, spare parts quoting, data accuracy, order status, standard product estimating, order processing, estimating, order entry, customer service, inside sales support, spare parts, standard products, ERP systems, CRM software, industrial products, automation components, tooling, manufacturing
