Expected compensation: 72.46 USD Per HourHireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Software Engineer, Python Full-Stack - AI Triage & RCA to enhance the existing ZBIT platform by adapting and extending AI-powered triage and root cause analysis (RCA) capabilities for manufacturing.In this role, you’ll develop LLM-powered RCA agents and full-stack features, integrate manufacturing data sources, and connect ZBIT to manufacturing test workflows. This is a hands-on, feature development role (approximately 85% coding) with a strong backend focus. It is not an ML research, architecture, or infrastructure/SRE position.The ideal candidate is a strong Python engineer with full-stack development experience who enjoys building AI-powered applications, working within existing codebases, and delivering production-ready features in a fast-paced environment.As a Software Engineer, Python Full-Stack - AI Triage & RCA , you'll:Develop and enhance LLM-powered triage and root cause analysis (RCA) agents that diagnose manufacturing failures, generate evidence-based hypotheses, and recommend confidence-scored resolutions. Build and deliver full-stack features using Python (FastAPI) services and modern web technologies, integrating them into the manufacturing test platform. Integrate manufacturing data sources, including historical issue data, diagnostics, FMEAs, wirelists, bills of materials (BOMs), firmware configuration data, and Slack, to improve agent performance. Collaborate with ML and RCA engineers to evaluate agent outputs, refine prompts and tools, and improve solution accuracy. Contribute to an existing production codebase, delivering well-tested, maintainable features that support the manufacturing roadmap. Travel within the Bay Area as needed.
