Tittle : Power BI LeadLocation: Franklin TN (day 1 onsite)Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Business Teams and Nissan IS to understand reporting needs, gather requirements, and drive discussions.Lead the design, development, and delivery of Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.Build and maintain semantic models to support scalable and high performance reporting.Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into effective data visualizations.Drive end to end project conversations including requirement workshops, design reviews, and solution walkthroughs.Create wireframes and visualization prototypes to align with business expectations.Optimize Power BI reports for performance, usability, and governance.Guide offshore/onshore teams (if applicable) and ensure delivery quality and standards.Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance reporting solutions.Required SkillsExperienceStrong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Dataflows, semantic model design).At least 8+ years of experience in the IT industry.Excellent communication skills and ability to drive business conversations independently.Experience in Tableau with strong knowledge of dashboarding principles and best practices.Strong skills in wireframe design, UI/UX for dashboards, and data visualization principles.Ability to work directly with business users, understand requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.Good understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, fact/dimension tables).Experience working in Agile environments.Nice-to-Have / Preferred SkillsKnowledge of AWS and Snowflake data ecosystem.Experience integrating Power BI with cloud data platforms.Understanding of enterprise reporting architecture and data governance.Exposure to ETL and data engineering processes.The pay range for this role is***k - ***kper annum including any bonuses orvariable pay to ***/hr.*** also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
