If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking a Agile Coach/Scrum Master to join their team in Nashville, Tennessee (US-TN), United States (US).Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Delivery LeadershipFacilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives)Ensure backlog readiness and sprint disciplineCoach Product Owners on prioritization and backlog refinementRemove impediments that affect team velocity and delivery predictabilityEstablish and monitor key performance metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput, defect trends)Balance planned sprint work with operational interruptions and production supportAgile Transformation & CoachingLead the organization's transition from waterfall to agile delivery practicesEducate teams and stakeholders on agile principles and valuesCoach leadership on agile governance and portfolio alignmentIntroducing agile best practices while adapting to healthcare regulatory requirementsPromote continuous improvement and psychological safety within teamsAssess team maturity and implement improvement roadmapsGovernance & Enterprise AlignmentAlign team delivery with enterprise strategic objectivesIntegrate agile practices within existing PMO and change governance structuresSupport traceability between initiatives, releases, and compliance requirementsEnsure audit readiness and documentation standards are maintained in an agile modelPartner with portfolio management and leadership teams to increase delivery transparencyCross-Platform Delivery CoordinationSupport teams delivering across enterprise platformsCoordinate cross-team dependenciesCollaborate with infrastructure, integration, and operations teamsEnsure delivery practices account for ITSM and change management requirementsMetrics, Reporting & Continuous ImprovementEstablish baseline delivery metricsProvide executive-level reporting on delivery health and riskIdentify bottlenecks and implement process improvementsUtilize data to drive improvementRequired Qualifications5+ years as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments3+ years' experience leading agile transformation from waterfall to agileStrong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile conceptsExperience in regulated industries (healthcare preferred)Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar backlog systemsStrong facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to operate at both team and executive levelsPreferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare provider or behavioral health environmentsExperience integrating agile with ITIL / ITSM practicesExperience in enterprise portfolio alignment or SPM environmentsSAFe, CSM, or similar certifications (practical experience prioritized over certification)#LI-NorthAmericaAbout NTT DATA:NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($70- 75 hourly ) . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
