HR Business Partner
Job DescriptionAlpha‑Bio Tec is seeking a motivated, proactive, and people‑oriented Junior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team on a temporary basis as maternity leave coverage.In this role, you will support day‑to‑day HR partnership for assigned business units, work closely with employees and managers, and gain hands‑on experience across core HR processes within a global medical device company.Provide end‑to‑end HR support to assigned business units across the full employee lifecycleManage employee lifecycle processes, including employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS updatesSupport and coordinate recruitment processes across departments (Production, Operations, Quality, R&D, etc.) in collaboration with hiring managersSupport the implementation of global HR processes such as performance reviews, goal setting, and career development initiativesAssist in analyzing annual employee engagement survey results and support follow‑up action plansProvide day‑to‑day HR support to managers and employees, including employee relations, basic conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes (with guidance)Support internal communication initiatives and employee wellbeing programsAssist in ensuring compliance with Israeli labor laws and internal HR policiesJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree – required (Master’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage)Good knowledge of Israeli labor law and HR best practicesAt least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role (HR Generalist / Junior HRBP)Experience working in a global or corporate environment – an advantageProficiency in Workday and Hilan – requiredHigh proficiency in English and Russian – requiredStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service‑oriented, people‑focused mindsetOperating CompanyImplant DirectEnvista and its family of companies (Envista) will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate.
