What We're Looking For Some cooking experience — doesn't have to be fine dining, but you should be comfortable on a line. Solid food safety fundamentals. What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items to spec, with a focus on our fresh, locally sourced seafood. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen at all times.
