New Business Development Manager

Job Description Nugreen Metals is a vertically integrated electronic recycling company with on-site smelting capabilities. We are the only R2v3-certified recycler in the world with an in-house smelter, providing a true end-of-life solution for electronics.We partner with OEMs, Fortune 500 companies, infrastructure operators, and other recycling companies to handle secure IT asset disposition (ITAD), recycling, and material recovery entirely within the United States.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our presence within the sectors listed above. We believe we have the turnkey solution for most companies, we just need someone to help bring in the clients.This role is focused on building high-value, long-term partnerships by positioning Nugreen as a domestic, compliant, and operationally efficient alternative to traditional recycling and ITAD vendors.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within:OEMsManufacturingFortune 500 companiesDefense manufacturing companiesRecycling companiesBuild and manage a pipeline of regional and national accountsEngage with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and sustainability teamsDevelop and execute regional pilot programs that scale into enterprise agreementsCommunicate Nugreen’s value proposition around:Domestic processingRisk reduction (data and environmental liability)Vendor consolidationCollaborate with internal operations to ensure successful onboarding and executionMaintain visibility into industry trends, competitors, and evolving compliance standardsIdeal Candidate3–10+ years in business development, sales, or account managementExperience in one or more of the following:Telecom / cable industryITAD / electronics recyclingIndustrial services or logisticsManufacturing sales / purchasingStrong understanding of complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder dealsComfortable engaging with both field-level operators and executive leadershipSelf-directed, resourceful, and capable of building a territory from the ground upWhat Sets This Role ApartYou are selling a true end-of-life solution, not just a brokerage or logistics serviceDirect access to a domestic smelting operation, eliminating downstream uncertainty.Opportunity to build and own a high-impact vertical within a growing companyMinimal bureaucracy and fast decision-makingCompensationCompetitive base salary + performance-based commissionSignificant upside tied to long-term contract valueWhy NugreenMost companies in this space outsource their final processing.
