Senior Full Stack Java Developer (Java + React)

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join a leading financial services client in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Java along with modern frontend development experience using React. This is a hands-on development role working on mission-critical enterprise applications in an Agile environment.Key Responsibilities:* Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and React.* Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices.* Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js.* Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.* Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning.* Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.* Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and CI/CD best practices.Required Skills:* 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.* Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.* Solid experience with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.* Experience building and consuming REST APIs.* Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.* Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.* Experience working in the Banking or Financial Services domain is highly preferred.Preferred Qualifications:* Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies.* Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.* Exposure to Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
