Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Boston, MA - Onsite 4 days a week *In-person interview required Role: Senior Java Developer role - 30% front end and 70% back end. Developers are expected to implement requirements from the front end through to the database / OOM layer. Responsibilities: Work with Business Analysts to understand requirements and translate to design Source code development Unit test case development Functional/system integration testing support and Deployment Integrate component design Support production as needed and meet development schedules Qualifications: Java/J2EE technologies - multi-threading using core Java libraries such as the Executor framework. Experience with Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate, MyBatis Experience using and implementing RESTful web services Experience with JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere. Experience with Java, JavaScript, JSP, CSS, HTML. Knowledge of with AJAX techniques and modern JavaScript libraries like jQuery Knowledge of XML, XSLT, and JSON Strong understanding of SQL database design and stored procedures Familiarity with developing cross-browser and cross-platform compatible solutions Must have good understanding of non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, maintainability, security) Job Type: Contract Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Ability to Relocate: Boston, MA: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
