Description1 PositionM-F 8 am to 5 pmPay Rate: XX40XXThis position is a key member of our Quality team, responsible for supporting Quality Engineering and Continuous Improvement activities related to external customers, internal processes, and suppliers. The role involves assisting with corrective/preventative action projects and Strategic Quality Plan initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze reports and production data to identify trends in finished product inspections and recommend corrective actions.Compile data to create quarterly metrics scorecards for presentation to senior leadership.Implement, evaluate, and revise technical quality assurance protocols/methods.Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, government regulations, and customer requirements.Support product/process evaluations, audits, and compliance with customer-specific requirements.Follow established manufacturing inspection, sampling, and statistical process control procedures.Perform internal audits to ensure continued compliance with international standards and regulations.Assist in leading and facilitating multi-disciplined RCCA and problem-solving.Support compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.Review and interpret repair and overhaul manuals and engineering drawings.Review and interpret geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).Set up, modify, and create SAP inspection plans.Create, review, and control procedures and work instructions.RequirementsBachelor s degree in a related field.Up to 1 year of experience in Repair & Overhaul / OEM Manufacturing.Familiarity with ISO9001 and AS9100 D Auditing.Basic knowledge of ERP / SAP systems.Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Quality Engineering within an Aerospace function.Familiarity with R&O Analytical, Preliminary Review Board, Airworthiness Review Board, and Hardware Review Committee.Experience with Tableau and SAP in an analytical environment.Understanding of Parts Per Million, Quality Escapes, and trend identification.Prior audit experience in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with executives, engineers, supervisors, and operators.Ability to work independently and within a team, interpreting and applying established standards.Familiarity with Net-Inspect, Teamcenter, Aerospace Supplier Portal (HASP), Supplemental Purchase Order Conditions Manual (SPOC), and HOS.Lean Six Sigma methodologies experience and certification.TIME KEEPINGWorker will utilize TWB for weekly time reporting. Supplier should register in Fieldglass on behalf of worker as he/she will not need access to this system. It is imperative that the registration is completed as soon as possible after receipt of registration invitation in order to assign the Fieldglass Worker # to the contingent worker. This Fieldglass Worker # is required to properly setup the worker in TWB for time reporting by HON manager. Your attention to this process will eliminate delays in receipt of worker hours and invoice creation.
