Job Description Waterjet Operator Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client in Mishawaka within the Industrial industry. Position Summary:The Waterjet Operator is responsible for safely operating waterjet cutting equipment to cut materials according to precise specifications. This role ensures quality, accuracy, and efficiency while maintaining equipment and following safety standards.10 hour shifts with overtime 6:30am - 5 pmPay range of $20-25hrKey Responsibilities:Set up and operate waterjet cutting machines to cut a variety of materialsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work ordersAdjust machine settings to meet required tolerances and specificationsInspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and defectsPerform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipmentMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all company safety procedures and guidelinesTrack production and complete required documentationQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious machine operation or waterjet experience preferredAbility to read measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to stand, lift, and work in a production environmentPeoplelink Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
