Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Set up and operate a 5-axis CNC milling machine to produce precision parts.; Perform 23 machine set-ups per week, including tooling changes and verification of proper machine configuration.; Review daily work instructions and production schedules to determine the parts and operations required for the day.; Ensure the machine is set up correctly before running parts, including loading tools, setting offsets, and verifying programs as needed.; Run production parts, monitor machine operation, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
