The successful candidate will be an enterprise leader with a strong background in venue management, sports and entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale multi-unit operations. Key responsibilities include leading strategy, driving change, and developing high-performing teams. The EVP will also be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, and supporting the growth and expansion of the portfolio. This role requires a strategic, visionary, and results-driven individual with a collaborative, authentic, and people-focused leadership style. Applicants for the EVP, Venue Management role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of senior leadership experience and a proven track record of success in geographically diverse portfolios. The role demands a leader with deep financial and business acumen, capable of managing significant operating budgets and capital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and possess key leadership attributes such as being a strong communicator, influential, and having a high level of integrity. The EVP will also be expected to build trusted external partnerships, shape culture through values-based leadership, and represent the company at industry events.
