MS Dynamics CRM Developer/Consultant

As a Dynamics Solution Consultant, you will be part of our Professional Services team and be accountable for the overall solution design, responsible for understanding use cases and requirements, responsible for building out the declarative aspects of the solution, accountable for writing user stories, and authoring supporting documentation. Responsibilities: Design and manage the implementation of TechnoMile solutions that meet business requirements for small to midsize projects Create user stories for implementation, detailing the technical requirements to meet the user story acceptance criteria Lead client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements, where needed Demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed Assist in end-user acceptance testing by developing the test cases and the acceptance criteria Lead knowledge sharing sessions with the client and provide the user documentation required for supporting the system in the future Present solution options to customers, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization Refine implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle Perform impact analysis for scope change requests, document changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping Provide technical and functional expertise to project teams Participate in training content development and administrator and end-user training delivery Qualifications: Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions Ability to effectively design a scalable solution to meet client business needs, and participate in system configuration when necessary Change management and scope control - Experience performing impact analysis for potential changes in scope; and identifying potential risk situations Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment Communicates effectively at all levels Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience 3+ years of any CRM experience; 1+ years of Dynamics experience • Hands-on experience with packaged applications Experience in implementing full project lifecycles • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications preferred US Citizenship is required Benefits ● 3 choices of healthcare options with up to 100% company covered ● Free Dental, Vision Disability and Life Insurance ● Unlimited PTO ● 4% 401K Match From go-to-market to contract closeout, TechnoMile provides transformative cloud solutions that empower companies to find, pursue, win, and retain more government business.
