* _High school diploma/GED._
* _1+ years of manufacturing experience._
* _Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills._
* _Basic computer skills, including email and online training/tests._
* _Ability to read blueprints and identify components._
* _Experience using hand tools, fixtures, equipment, and rework techniques._
* _Ability to assemble, test, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues._
* _Ability to understand mechanical dimensions and set tolerances._
* _Ability to proactively identify and escalate problems when needed._
* _Able to lift __*50 lbs*_ _from floor to knuckle/waist level and __*25 lbs*_ _to shoulder level occasionally._
* _Able to carry __*50 lbs for 100 feet*_ _occasionally._
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
