Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVOR Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/14/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Position: RN – CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) Location: Clinton Township, MI Facility: Henry Ford Macomb Hospital Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Hours: 40 hrs/week Position Overview Seeking an experienced CVOR RN to support the Cardiovascular Operating Room team. This role involves assisting in cardiac surgical procedures , providing perioperative patient care, and ensuring high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced OR setting. Schedule Details Weekly Schedule: 2 x 8-hour shifts (6:50 AM - 3:20 PM) 2 x12-hour shifts (6:50 AM - 7:20 PM) On-Call Requirements: 5-14 days/month (avg. ~8 days) ~1.5 weekends/month Weekend call = 24-hour on-call Key Responsibilities Assist in cardiovascular surgeries (open heart, vascular cases, etc.) Provide pre-op, intra-op, and post-op nursing care Monitor patient status during surgical procedures Maintain sterile environment in OR Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR team Document patient care and surgical details Required Qualifications Active RN License (Michigan) Experience in CVOR / Cardiac O Strong clinical judgment and OR experience Required Certifications BLS (Basic Life Support) Preferred Qualifications BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) Prior experience in cardiac surgery cases About Talent4Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
