This role involves understanding both immediate challenges and long-term outcomes, optimizing processes, and ensuring AI integration aligns with strategic goals. The AI Enablement Strategist focuses on leveraging AI effectively and responsibly, driving growth and innovation.Responsibilities:Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the businessServe as an internal AI consultant to business units across BrockTranslate business challenges into AI-enabled solutionsAct as an enablement partner to departments, helping translate business needs into actionable AI adoption.Identify opportunities where AI tools can improve productivity, insights, decision‐making, or workflow efficiencyDevelop AI enablement frameworks and best practices that support responsible and effective AI usagePartner with department leaders and subject matter experts to understand workflows, pain points, and process inefficienciesEnsure AI initiatives align with firm-wide risk management, data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirementsAct as a trusted advisor and change agent for AI‐driven transformation effortsCommunicate complex AI concepts in clear, practical, and non‐technical termsCollaborate with IT, data, and other stakeholders to understand implementation pathwaysSupport development and implementation of AI governance standards, policies and controlsStay current on emerging AI trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practicesDefine success metrics for AI enablement and adoption (value, efficiency, risk reduction)Working Conditions:Working conditions include outdoor and indoor fields, yards and shop locations.Working indoors in an office environmentUtilization of Personal Protective Equipment is necessary.Frequent travel as required to meet the needs of Brock operationsSkills & Abilities:Ability and willingness to seek out areas for improvement and solve problemsAbility to collaborate cross functionally and build effective relationshipsStrong business and process analysis skillsEffectively manage stakeholder expectations and ensure satisfactionStrategic thinking with strong execution orientationAbility to make informed decisions based on available data and perspectivesFocus on continuous improvement, auditing processes and proposing resolutionsAbility to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritiesExcellent organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projectsExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to clearly present information to the team, customers and leadersTechnical fluency with ability to understand implementation pathwaysProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BIEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, data science or related5+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, change enablement, or digital innovationStrong understanding of AI concepts (e.g., generative AI, machine learning, automation) at a practical, business application levelExperience enabling or governing AI initiatives in a regulated environmentLocation Information:Deer Park ScaffSource OfficeLocation of Job: US: TX: Deer ParkExempt: YesWork Type: Full TimeWe conform to all the laws, statutes, and regulations concerning equal employment opportunities and affirmative action.
