Join Our Team as an Orthopedic Physician in Ashtabula, OH! Ashtabula Regional Medical Center (ARMC), located in the heart of Ashtabula, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated Orthopedics Physician. This 186-bed acute care community hospital, an affiliate of the Cleveland Clinic, is known for its high-quality patient care, backed by national recognitions for safety and excellence from organizations such as Leap Frog and Health Grades. Job Responsibilities:* Practice in various settings, including outpatient clinics, hospital, and surgical blocks. * Collaborate with a team of 2 physicians currently in practice. * Cater exclusively to an adult patient population. * Manage a practice that is over 95% clinic-based, with less than 5% inpatient care. * Utilize onsite lab and X-ray facilities to enhance patient care. * Conduct patient consultations in 2-3 well-equipped exam rooms. * Work alongside a supportive office staff of 1 nurse and 1 receptionist. * Leverage EPIC EMR for efficient patient management. * Participate in a Level I trauma center. * Be available on call approximately 10 days per month. * Must reside within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate. * Open to H1B visa candidates.Qualifications:* Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery. * Active Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain). * Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain). * Expertise in a variety of orthopedic procedures. * Commitment to relocating within a 40-mile radius if not already local. * Information on visa support requirements (J1 or H1B) is necessary. * Statement addressing motivation for seeking a new position.License and Certification Requirements:* Valid Ohio medical license or intent to obtain. * Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. * BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain).Enjoy vibrant living in Ashtabula, a city renowned for its beautiful waterfront along Lake Erie.
