Medical Center is seeking a full-time BC/BE Pediatric Surgeon to join team- Monday?Friday schedule split with a second pediatric surgeon (on-call weeks)- Flexible Full-Time Schedule: 15 days/month or 183 days/year- One dedicated block OR day per week (with add-ons as needed)- 15 days per month of hospital rounding (during call)- Full-Spectrum Pediatric Surgical Care: Inpatient consultations, surgical management, outpatient clinics, and 24/7 on-call coverage- Supportive, Multidisciplinary Team: Collaborate with pediatricians, subspecialists, and visiting experts- Level IIIB NICU- Small PICU- Level IV Trauma Center- Pediatric anesthesiology and Nurse Practitioner assistance in the surgery office- Mentor pediatric residents and local family practice residents- Participate in our pediatric sedation program and partner with visiting pediatric urologists- Competitive base salary with wRVU-based production incentives- Generous CME allowance- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance- Medical education debt support- Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits- Marketing and practice growth support
