We acquire, design, and build high-end residential homes, while also partnering with a select group of clients on bespoke projects.Our work sits at the intersection of construction, design, and real estate development. In Fall 2026, we are launching a cabinet and millwork sales division to expand our platform.Role DescriptionThis is a high-growth, on-site role for a Financial Analyst + Bookkeeper based in Miami Beach, FL.You will serve as the primary financial counterpart to ownership, taking ownership of day-to-day financial operations while growing into a broader finance role over time. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow quickly.You’ll be exposed to both big-picture financial decisions and the details behind them — from tracking project costs to helping guide how the business operates financially.Key Responsibilities:Support and gradually take ownership of financial planning & analysis (budgeting, forecasting, project tracking)Prepare and maintain financial statements across multiple entitiesHandle bookkeeping and ensure accurate, organized financial recordsTrack job costs, vendor payments, and project profitabilityAssist with cash flow tracking and forward-looking financial visibilityHelp build and improve internal financial systems and reporting processesWork directly with ownership to understand and support financial decision-makingQualificationsStrong interest in finance, accounting, or business operationsEagerness to learn and take on responsibility earlySolid analytical skills with attention to detailBasic understanding of financial statements and reporting (through coursework or experience)Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with accounting software is a plusInterest in construction, real estate, or design is a plusCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fieldInternship or prior exposure to finance/bookkeeping is a plusWhy This RoleEarly opportunity to become the go-to finance person at a growing companyDirect exposure to ownership and real business decisionsHands-on experience across construction, real estate development, and a new product lineSteep learning curve with real responsibility from day one
