We are looking for a visionary Finance Director to join our founding leadership team.In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our US financial operations. You will lead the transition from a pre-operational setup to a fully functional, scalable entity. This is a unique "0-to-1" opportunity backed by the strength of an established international brand.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish Financial Infrastructure: Build and oversee the entire US financial framework, including accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting systems.Strategic Growth: Partner with the CEO to drive the local business strategy, providing financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven insights.Operational Setup: Lead the alignment of financial workflows for our new entity, ensuring a seamless launch and operational stability.Compliance & Governance: Ensure 100% compliance with US GAAP, federal/state tax regulations, and local Miami business requirements.Treasury & Cash Management: Manage banking relationships, localized cash flow, and coordination with the global group for capital allocation.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary financial liaison between the Miami subsidiary and the international headquarters.QualificationsExperience: 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (CFO, Finance Director, or Controller).Credentials: Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is required.Sector Expertise: Experience in international business expansion or setting up new corporate entities in the US market is highly preferred.Technical Skills: Deep expertise in US GAAP. Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar).The "Start-up" Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to be "hands-on" while building a department from the ground up.Communication: Exceptional English communication skills.
