The standard work hours for this employee are 8:30 AM – 5 PM, Monday-Friday in our corporate office in Exton, PA.DutiesThis position is one we hold in high regard in order to provide the level of service excellence our customers, vendors, and partners expect and deserve. Specific duties to include:Build and mentor an engaged, high-performing accounting team, setting up a durable and scalable organizational modelOversee day to day management needs and task distribution to ensure smooth operations and achievement of KPI's. Maintain a positive and collaborative team culture.Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, revenue recognition, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed assetsDeliver on-time, accurate, and effective monthly accounting close process and financial reportingMaintain a strong focus on the balance sheet, reviewing and approving accruals, allocations, and reconciliationsForecast, monitor and track cash flow reports while identifying and evaluating variances.Utilize strong technical accounting knowledge to evaluate, develop, and implement agreed-upon enhancements to accounting policies and procedures, in conjunction with the goals and objectives of the Company.Coordinate external audit requests, tax, insurance and surety reporting; liaise with auditors and tax advisors to resolve issues and deliver audit-ready schedules.Ensure compliance with statutory filing requirements, state and local tax provisions, and regulatory reporting in relevant jurisdictions.Support of banking relationships including lender reporting requirementsWhat You Bring To The TableBachelor or equivalent degree in finance/accounting required, master’s degree preferred but not required.5+ years of experience in a management role supervising multiple employeesExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.Additional SkillsMust possess a positive attitude and be willing to interact with team, co-workers, and other personnel at all timesCommitment to integrity and Company Standards and ProceduresAttention to detail and accuracy is a mustWhat We Bring To The TableAn awesome, collaborative cultureCompensation based upon background and experienceFull benefits packageVacationCellphone AllowanceWe are an equal opportunity employer and drug- free workplace.
