Java Backend Developer

We're looking for an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer to join a high-impact project focused on building scalable, enterprise-grade applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on critical system enhancements and new feature development while gaining exposure to a niche vendor screening platform and modern cloud-native technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain robust Java backend applications.Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Collaborate closely with Product Owners (PO), Business Analysts (BA), QA teams, Technical Architects, and Project Leads.Develop scalable, high-performance solutions that meet business and technical requirements.Contribute to system enhancements, new feature development, and production support.Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD best practices.Required Skills & Experience10–12+ years of hands-on experience in Java Backend Development.Strong expertise in:JavaOpenShiftKubernetesOracle DatabaseUnix/LinuxCI/CD pipelinesAutosysExperience working within the Banking or Financial Services domain.Strong understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise application development.Ability to independently deliver assigned tasks while consistently meeting quality standards and project timelines.
