Senior MEP Manager - Electrical - Data Centres Ashburn, VirginiaWe're seeking an experienced Senior MEP Manager to oversee electrical and broader MEP coordination on large-scale construction projects. This role partners closely with project teams to ensure smooth installation, compliance, and successful delivery from pre-construction through commissioning.Key Responsibilities:Lead coordination of MEP trades across all project phasesReview drawings, specifications, and design intent for compliance and constructabilitySupport pre-construction scoping and trade estimationManage submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentationOversee site installation, inspections, and system start-upCoordinate subcontractors, schedules, and logistics with field teamsMonitor progress and report updates using project management toolsEnsure safe energization and isolation of electrical systemsParticipate in client and contractor meetingsResolve technical conflicts during installation and commissioningRequirements:Background in electrical, mechanical, or building services within constructionProven experience managing MEP packages on complex projectsAbility to lead coordination across multiple trades and stakeholdersFamiliarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Office)Degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience preferredAdditional Details:Willingness to travel (~50%) with rotating site presenceFlexibility to support varied schedules, including evenings/weekends if requiredPhysically capable of navigating active construction environmentsWhat's Offered:Competitive salary and benefits packageHealth, dental, and vision coverageRetirement plan with employer contributionPaid time off and additional support programs
