Apartment Maintenance Technician

Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER!Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 3-4 weeksResponsibilities:Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priorityTurning and making units ready in between tenant occupancyCompleting repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVACAssist in preventative maintenance as assignedExterior structural maintenance as neededAssist in property grounds maintenanceAssist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call systemRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent1+ year experience in the maintenance field requiredBasic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experienceLight plumbing and electrical experienceHVAC experience and EPA Universal certification preferredCPO Certification preferredWorking knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryersValid Driver’s License and reliable transportationBenefits and Compensation: Competitive pay ($22-$24 hourly!)
