If you want to push the boundaries of materials science and engineering to create next generation technology, join us to deliver material innovation that changes the world.What You'll Do:Our Talent Acquisition Strategy team is looking for a contractor to support our hiring ramp activities of attracting, engaging, and hiring talent. This role will have a variety of responsibilities which include but are not limited to sourcing, market mapping, project coordination, data analysis, etc.Role Responsibilities:Partner with the global TA leaders to gather and analyze success across various geographies on their sourcing strategy and identify improvement opportunitiesProvide operational support to the University Recruiting teams by coordinating candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and support of recruiting eventsSupport weekly collection of data/information from the regional teams for review with leadershipGather market mapping using LinkedIn, AI resources and other tools, as per requests for sourcingCoordinate and manage TA tool access for contractors, ensuring on time onboarding and off-boardingExperience & Education:A Bachelor's degree2+ years' experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or HR AnalyticsExperience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or university recruiting programs strongly preferredExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insightsProject management skills; ability to lead cross-functional initiativesAbility to work effectively in high-volume, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments, applying a strong problem-solving mindsetBachelor's Degree Required: YesComputer Skills: PowerPoint, Excel, SmartsheetsSoft Skills: Excellent communication skills, organized, attention to detail, proactive/ self-drivenRegards,Simran Bharti | Core StaffingAssociate RecruiterCell: 512.641.8764Email:LinkedIn:360 Mt.
