Location: This is a hybrid-remote role with expected travel throughout Texas, primarily Dallas, Austin and Houston.Schedule: Full-TimeSalary: $110,000 - $116,000 annual salary + Period BonusesBenefitsPerformance-based bonus program with profit shareUnlimited PTOMedical, Dental, & Vision plan for full-time team members401k with up to a 4% employer match after one year District Manager ResponsibilitiesHybrid Work ModelOversee and manage the daily operations of multiple kitchens/locationsPartner with Regional Director to hire, coach and develop Kitchen Managers and other staffEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresMonitor and Coach operational procedures to maintain high company standardsConduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance with Kitchen ManagersAnalyze financial performance with Kitchen Managers and provide support with recommendations for improvementAnalyze customer reviews to assist kitchens with service standardsDistrict Manager RequirementsSolid foundation in culinary skills and customer service skillsMinimum of 5 years of kitchen management experienceMinimum of 2 years of multi-unit kitchen experience, managing 4 or more kitchen locations (QSR kitchen experience a plus)Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targetsWillingness to travel onsite throughout Texas up 75% of the work week.
