.NET Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Irving, TX (Hybrid)Duration: 12 Month ContractPosition OverviewWe are seeking a motivated .NET Full Stack Developer to support application development, enhancement, deployment, and modernization initiatives within a fast-paced technology environment.This role will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications while collaborating closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, and project partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong full-stack development experience, a solid understanding of secure coding practices, and experience leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, participating in Agile delivery teams, and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.Participate in application installations, upgrades, deployments, and production support activities.Analyze technical requirements and develop scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and application features.Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and data models.Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support automated testing initiatives.Identify, analyze, and remediate application security vulnerabilities.Apply secure coding standards and software engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle.Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and team collaboration activities.Research technical challenges, evaluate solution options, and provide recommendations.Support ongoing service quality, application performance, and system availability improvements.Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and business partners to deliver high-quality solutions.Required Qualifications2+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Full Stack Development.Strong experience with:C#.NET CoreASP.NET Core1+ years of experience applying Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles and design patterns.Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including:Relational database designQuery optimizationPerformance tuning2+ years of experience using AI-assisted development tools such as:GitHub CopilotDevinSimilar AI coding assistants1+ years of experience with unit testing and integration testing.1+ years of experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.Experience identifying and remediating application security vulnerabilities.Strong understanding of secure coding practices and application security principles.Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.Experience working within Agile and Scrum environments.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting enterprise-scale applications.Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.Familiarity with cloud-based application development and deployment.Experience working in highly regulated or security-focused environments.Exposure to modern software architecture patterns and microservices.Technical SkillsC#.NET CoreASP.NET CoreSQL ServerObject-Oriented Design (OOD)Design PatternsUnit TestingIntegration TestingTest AutomationApplication SecurityGitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development toolsAgile/Scrum MethodologiesSDLC Best Practices
