DescriptionWe are in search of a Property Administrator to join our team operating within the government sector in Eugene, Oregon. As a Property Administrator, your responsibilities will include managing diverse property-related tasks, overseeing compliance reporting, coordinating fiscal operations, and providing administrative support to the Asset Management Department. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities Track, prepare, and submit detailed compliance reports for a variety of properties. Assist in the oversight and coordination of the fiscal and regulatory operations of the Asset Management Department. Provide administrative support, including the preparation of reports, documents, and special projects for the Asset Manager and Division Director. Oversee risk management activities, including managing insurance renewals, processing claims, and providing training on risk management and insurance-related internal procedures. Ensure that third-party property management contracts include adequate insurance coverage and comply with current insurance requirements. Respond professionally and promptly to inquiries from third-party management companies and Affordable Housing residents. Assist in monitoring occupancy levels to stay informed about market trends and provide assistance in identifying and resolving occupancy issues. Maintain accurate records, including typing and proofreading a variety of reports, letters, memoranda, statistical charts, and confidential material. Maintain appointment schedules and calendars, arrange meetings, and manage travel arrangements. Stay adequately cross-trained to provide baseline support in the absence of the Asset Manager.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services Experience with CRM systems Ability to handle Accounting Functions Experience in a government sector is preferred but not mandatory Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in a related field is desirable
