We are known for our customer-first mindset, strong technical capabilities, and collaborative culture built on trust and continuous improvement.The Shift Leader is responsible for coordinating and supporting daily operations during an assigned shift, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with production goals. This role provides on-the-floor leadership, assists supervisors, and helps guide operators and team members throughout the shift.
