You'll work closely with BCBAs and a team of fellow RBTs to design and implement effective programs for skill development and behavior reduction, all while maintaining the highest standards in care.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism according to individualized treatment plans.Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor progress.Facilitate play and social interactions to promote social skills development.Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust and improve treatment plans.Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and the BACB Code of Ethics.What We're Looking For:A genuine love for working with early learners and children with unique needs.Familiarity with ABA principles (preferred but not required).Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.Dedication to creating a supportive, positive work environment for both clients and colleagues.Schedule Options:Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 8 am-4 pm.Part-Time: 20-hour weeks with flexible scheduling (morning or afternoon shifts).Ready to Be Part of the SCCD Team?Join a team where your impact matters and every day brings a new chance to inspire growth, make connections, and change lives.
