AI Operations AnalystLocation: Portland, OR, Boise, ID or RemoteLevel: Junior to Mid-Level Role OverviewWe are looking for a resourceful, logic-driven AI Operations Analyst to help us bridge the gap between our manual business processes and modern AI capabilities. Your mission is to use low-code orchestration tools and LLM APIs to improve our business processes. Core ResponsibilitiesBuild, test, and maintain automated workflows: This includes connecting various SaaS tools (Slack, CRM, etc.) via webhooks and REST APIs.AI Integration: Implement AI nodes (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) within workflows for tasks like text summarization, data extraction, and automated content generation.Prompt Engineering: Iterate on and optimize prompts to ensure AI outputs are accurate, safe, and useful for the specific business context.Monitoring & Debugging: Keep a \"pulse\" on active workflows. When an API changes or a run fails, you’ll be the first to jump in, diagnose the JSON error, and get things back on track.What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications)The \"Hacker\" Mindset: You are a natural problem-solver. If you don't know how an API works, you figure it out.Low-Code Experience: You have hands-on experience with tools like n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier. Data Literacy: You understand how data moves.
