This role focuses on identifying high-impact growth opportunities, testing new marketing approaches, and scaling programs that generate qualified leads and revenue.Working closely with sales, partner marketing, and marketing operations, the Growth Marketing Manager develops integrated marketing strategies that convert target audiences into opportunities. The role combines planning, experimentation and data-driven optimization to accelerate customer acquisition and support company revenue goals.Success in this role is measured by pipeline contribution, lead quality, conversion performance, and marketing-driven revenue growth.
