We work with businesses like managed IT providers, law firms, CPAs, and other expert-led firms that need stronger positioning, better offers, clearer messaging, and more qualified demand.We’re looking for a part-time marketer who can help with both sides of the business: client work and Black Mast Marketing’s own growth.What You’ll DoClient Work* Help sharpen client positioning, offers, pricing, and messaging* Build and improve campaigns, funnels, landing pages, ads, and follow-up systems* Turn strategy into actual marketing assets that can be launched and tested* Review what is already in place and identify what needs to be fixedBlack Mast Marketing Growth* Help create and improve our own marketing campaigns* Support lead generation, content, outreach, and offer testing* Help position Black Mast as a serious option for managed IT providers, law firms, CPAs, and similar companies* Bring ideas, but also help execute themWho We’re Looking For* 5+ years of marketing experience* Strong writing and messaging ability* Experience with offers, funnels, ads, landing pages, and campaign execution* Comfortable working in a small company where the role matters* Able to think strategically without needing every step spelled out* Reliable, organized, and direct* Comfortable moving fast and improving as things goWhat This Is Not* Not just social media posting* Not strategy only* Not a role for someone who needs constant directionCompensation$22 to $25/hour20 hours/weekRemoteRoom to grow as Black Mast grows
